Thanks for visiting Veggienista! For someone like me whose essence is sharing and connecting I sure did take a long time to start a blog. In all honesty, procrastination, fear and the need to be perfect is what took me SO long.
Well , after many years (and clearly not being perfect) I can say screw that. I’m jumping head on in and getting my hair wet! (GULP). I’ve theme whored and font whored myself, tortured some CSS experts, e-stalked multiple blogs and finally, I am close. SO CLOSE.
So, what’s my blog about? I can start by telling you what it’s not. It’s not a cooking blog as Veggienista might steer you to believe. In fact, I will yap about everything that I want to share. And that ranges from places I’ve been, hotels I’ve stayed at, thoughts that are brewing, things I love and events I’ve been to or that interest me and well, just randomness that is constantly swimming in my head that I need to get out on blog! All from a life-long vegetarian/part time vegan’s perspective.
So, come launch time, there needs to be more than one sentence and a pretty picture to make it worth your net creeping time. To that, I am furiously writing some retroactive blog posts to give you some good juicy material to read when I launch. Think Mandarin Oriental and think making your poo smell less. Yes. It’s quite a range.
